How our content is produced

Guides and articles on PNGful are written and reviewed by the PNGful team. Before we publish anything that states a fact — an image size limit, a supported format, a platform requirement — we check it against primary sources: official platform help centers, format specifications, and documentation, rather than other blogs repeating each other.

Where a guide describes a workflow — resizing a photo for a specific platform, say — we walk through the steps ourselves before publishing them. If we can’t verify a claim, we either say so explicitly or leave it out.

Keeping specs current

Platform requirements change without notice, so platform-specific specifications in our guides carry a dated “last verified” stamp showing when we last confirmed them against the source. We re-verify these details on a regular maintenance cadence and update the stamp each time. If a stamp looks stale, treat it as a prompt to double-check — and to tell us.

Corrections

If you spot an error — a wrong dimension, an outdated limit, a broken step — email hello@pngful.com. We review every report, correct confirmed errors in the article itself, and update the verification date. We would rather be corrected quickly than wrong quietly.

No pay-for-placement

No one can pay to be recommended, mentioned, or ranked in PNGful’s content. Our guides recommend what we believe actually works, and nothing else.

Advertising and affiliate disclosure

PNGful may show advertising to keep the tools free. Ads are clearly labeled as ads and are served separately from our editorial content. Advertisers have no influence over what we write, which tools we build, or what our guides recommend. If we ever include affiliate links, they will be disclosed on the page where they appear.
